2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments are subject to availability.

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows may be subject to fees or loss of deposits.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before service.

  • Promotional packages and discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding their medical history, skin condition, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, previous aesthetic procedures, and any ongoing treatments that may affect service suitability.

Clients agree to:

Inform Mari Skin of any changes in health condition before each session

Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by the clinic

Disclose use of prescription skincare products, isotretinoin (Accutane), retinoids, or other skin-altering treatments

Avoid contraindicated activities (such as sun exposure, peeling agents, or waxing) as advised

Immediately report discomfort, unusual reactions, or concerns during or after treatment

Failure to disclose accurate information or follow aftercare instructions may affect results and safety. Mari Skin shall not be held responsible for complications resulting from incomplete disclosure or non-compliance with care guidelines.

5. Results & Liability

Mari Skin strives to provide professional, safe, and high-quality aesthetic services. However, clients acknowledge that:

  • No guaranteed results or permanent outcomes are promised

  • Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired effects

​Laser Treatment Disclaimer & Liability Clause

​By proceeding with any laser-based treatment (including but not limited to diode laser hair removal, pico laser, IPL, and similar energy-based procedures), the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. Treatment Suitability
    Laser treatments are subject to individual skin type, hair type, sensitivity, medical history, and lifestyle factors. Not all clients are suitable candidates. A consultation and skin assessment will be performed prior to treatment.

  2. Possible Side Effects
    Temporary side effects may occur, including but not limited to redness, swelling, mild pain, tingling, sensitivity, dryness, or pigmentation changes. These reactions are typically short-term and vary per individual.

  3. Results Are Not Guaranteed
    Laser results differ among clients. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. Complete hair removal or permanent results cannot be guaranteed.

  4. Client Disclosure Responsibility
    Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications (including isotretinoin, antibiotics, photosensitizing drugs), skin products (retinoids, acids), pregnancy status, and recent sun exposure. Failure to disclose accurate information may increase risk of adverse reactions.

  5. Aftercare Compliance
    Clients agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by Mari Skin. Non-compliance may negatively affect healing and results and may increase the risk of complications.

  6. Risk Acceptance
    By consenting to laser treatment, clients voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with laser and light-based procedures and release Mari Skin, its owners, staff, and licensed practitioners from liability for outcomes that fall within normal treatment expectations and industry standards.

  7. Right to Refuse Service
    Mari Skin reserves the right to refuse or discontinue laser treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

6. Hygiene & Safety

For safety and hygiene, we reserve the right to refuse service to clients who may pose health or safety risks to themselves or others.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, and branding of Mari Skin are protected and may not be used without written permission.

8. Privacy

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Personal data is handled in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Refund Policy

Mari Skin is committed to providing high-quality aesthetic and skin care services. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care treatments, the following refund policy applies:

1. Service Payments

  • Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

  • Once a treatment session has started, no refunds will be issued regardless of outcome or client satisfaction.

2. Deposits & Booking Fees

  • Appointment deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another schedule if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Packages & Promotions

  • Treatment packages, bundles, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Unused sessions cannot be converted to cash.

  • Packages must be used within the stated validity period.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service cancellation initiated by Mari Skin due to equipment failure or staff unavailability

  • Duplicate payment or billing errors

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Product Sales (If Applicable)

  • Skincare products may only be refunded or exchanged if unopened, unused, and returned within 2 days with proof of purchase.

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Right to Refuse Refunds

Mari Skin reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
